A visual universe shaped by aesthetics, energy, and everything in between
When Jenya Makeeva and Sam Florentsev brought NAHATÉ to us, they weren’t looking for a label or a logo. They needed a brand as rich, sensory, and layered as the place itself. NAHATÉ moves between dining, performance, and visual experimentation without settling into one thing. It’s vivid, theatrical, and it leaves a mark.
We built the system to hold that energy, not tame it. Every asset had to carry tone, texture, and creative permission. We came up with a brand book that doesn’t sit still and a visual world designed to keep expanding.
Branding that doesn’t behave
We rebuilt the identity from the ground up: logo, fonts, colour palette, engraved animals. Each reimagined with purpose, each tied into a wider brand story. We took cues from the physical space — silk embroidery, door tassels, and fine-detail textures — and translated those into a system that feels just as rich on screen, in print, or in motion.
It’s a brand that thinks in textures. And it collaborates at the top. Partners like Baccarat and Jacob&Co. helped bring the atmosphere to life with their own iconic flair.
The menu plays back
At NAHATÉ, even the menu’s having a good time. Designed as a tactile, interactive object, it invites guests to tap, turn, touch, and play. The same goes for the rest: wall art becomes digital characters, bread wraps tell stories, and animated posters change with the mood.
The experience doesn’t just look good. It moves.
A brand with a mind of its own
The goal wasn’t to lock the brand down. It was to keep it evolving. So we built a toolkit: tone of voice, archetypes, story rules, visual frameworks, and AI prompts that generate new content in NAHATÉ’s own fantasy world of flora and fauna.
Branding with imagination built in. Made to riff, remix, and grow while staying perfectly in character. NAHATÉ is a restaurant that never stays still. The brand had to keep up. So we made sure it does, with brains, beauty, and a little bit of bite.
