~ The main station, located in the central dining area, supports high-volume service with room for three bartenders to work comfortably.

~ In the Jacob&Co. lounge, the station balances elegance and energy — ideal for classic lobby-style cocktails and quick-fire rounds of tequila and champagne during parties.

~ The Red Room bar is built for intimacy, with refined
wine service for up to 12 VIP guests.

The bar at NAHATÉ runs on precision and play. A full lab setup includes a centrifuge and two rotary evaporators, unlocking unexpected flavours and refined extractions for the menu.

The crown jewel of “The World’s Most Luxurious Cocktail Event” will be none other than Salvatore Calabrese — globally celebrated as The Maestro. With over 40 years at the top of his craft, Salvatore is the man behind the world’s most iconic bars, 13 bestselling books, and a Guinness World Record for the World’s Most Expensive Cocktail.

This is more than mixology. It’s history in the making.
