Fuoco’s interior nods to European elegance: ceiling frescoes, marble walls, crisp table settings. But the real charm is in the atmosphere. It feels like those slow evening walks through Europe — warm, open, golden, and never too serious.

Ergonomics and equipment
Custom-designed by Liquid Design’s cocktail creator Andrey Bolshakov, the station splits cleanly into cocktail and wine zones. The layout supports prep, speed and seamless guest service. It was fabricated locally in Dubai to ensure hands-on quality control and reduce logistical waste. Every element was checked and refined on-site, resulting in a high-performance, high-efficiency station that’s built to keep pace.
There are seven signature cocktail, each with its own flavour and feel. Alongside them is a modular cocktail game that lets guests build their own mix from a set of curated ingredients. It’s intuitive, ever-changing, and built to keep people coming back.

It’s versatile, expressive and designed to fit real life. Organised by mood rather than region, the list lets guests choose intuitively. From light reds and crisp whites to special pours, the selection shifts and glows like a dance of flames.
