Hookahplace is an established HoReCa brand with 180 successful locations worldwide, from the USA to Bali. The primary goal for Hookahplace in the UAE was to demonstrate the best-in-class quality of hookahs in the Middle East and to distinguish itself by pairing hookahs with signature cocktails

More often than not, Hookaplace DIFC is packed. The average foot traffic is XXX people per day. Our drinks should be quick and easy to serve, mostly using pre-mixes to keep the prep space compact.
And, of course, our drinks should be designed to complement the hookah experience, enhancing the flavours and maximising the pleasure of socialising.

Our mocktails closely mimic the profiles of traditional cocktails. We've curated collection that resonates with guests who, for various reasons, choose not to consume alcohol but still want to savour the taste and aesthetics of a cocktail.
Special Coffee Menu
We've seamlessly blended our coffee expertise with mixology skills to craft something truly unique.
Once the cocktail list is finalised, the Liquid Design team provides thorough training to the bar team, covering everything from preparation to presentation. We create flowcharts with detailed descriptions, step-by-step recipes, and accompanying photos to ensure consistency and quality in every drink.
The extensive work on the bar menu paid off, literally. The average check has surged by 30%.
The business is only as good as its team. The bartenders at Hookahplace are trained in mixology, making specialty drinks, various techniques like distillation and fermentation – so that they can not only make a drink according to the menu, but to actually explain the science behind it and put on a show.
But hard skills are only 50% of the success: every bartender is trained to keep up with the best standards of the hospitality industry so that every client can feel that the level of service is sky-high.
Training is an investment – so when we saw that the staff cost decreased by 9%, we weren’t too surprised.

Under our guidance, Myo Aung became a finalist of the 2023 Monkey Shoulder competition, House of angostura UAE competition, 3th place awardee at Joseph Cartron competition and The Bar Craft Challenge 2023. He grew in a year from a Bartender to a Senior bartender for all the Hookahplaces in the UAE.
Dubai, being a cosmopolitan city, attracts ambitious individuals from around the globe who come here to create fantastic projects. To immerse oneself in the culture of a new country, a simple conversation with people on the street is often enough.
Observing this, we came up with an idea: What if we invite local influencers of the city to guest shifts? Dubai attracted the world’s best bartenders and chefs – and they literally live around the corner. What if we invite them for a guest shift?
It's a new special event every week The experiences will vary – top-class professionals from Europe, Asia and America will keep it fresh. It will never get old. It's an introduction to bar culture without leaving your favourite hookah lounge. It's practically free for management.
