We started a conceptual online school for bartenders, where we teach how to create places with a great atmosphere and drinks with meanings and give ideas for their promotion.
During the course, you create a ready-made project and a plan for its promotion. That means you will be able to work with it once you graduate! We and the community will stay in touch with you to give our support.

Personal projects: Nikita competed in more than 20 bar skill contests. He performed on international stages in 6 countries. From 2016 to 2020, he was a guest bartender on the most iconic bar shows and visited over ten distilleries. He opened a cocktail bar with more than 100 original cocktails in the centre of Moscow on Red Square. He conducted more than 100 workshops and masterclasses and over 30 events for the largest alcohol companies throughout Russia.

Andrey is a master of taste and flavour. He is able to make a drink that can even bring you back to childhood. He handles lab equipment better than chemical engineers do. He builds communication with alcoholic beverages companies way cooler than the Tobacco Lobby does.

Personal projects: Anrey had more than 100 guest shifts in top bars in 37 countries (70 cities). He’s been a resident of all the world’s most iconic bar shows since 2018, has given more than 400 masterclasses around the globe and visited 22 distilleries.
Ekaterina artfully comes up with stories about projects that definitely should be told to grandchildren. Being a creator of brand platforms that work not only in PPTX presentations, she believes that creative ideas must help to optimise costs.

Fermentation revivalist
Denis explores the extraordinary and infinite world of fermentation. Through detailed analysis, experimentation, and applied microbiology, he finds ways to eliminate food waste, amplify existing flavors, expand the depth of flavor and create new ones with the help of fermentation. An adept of systematic approach, Denis believes that everything may be - and must be - artanged into system: from inventory to fermentation program. Having over 10 years of experience working at high-end restautants enables him to apply this knowledge to a beverage program in the most efficient way.

Stefano is Methodical and proactive behind the bar where the Italian hospitality come fists. Stefano trained at the Master Class Campari Academy, Milan, under some of the best global bartenders. He honed his bartending skills in the picturesque Amalfi Coast and went on to work in London Melbourne and Dubai. In his career spanning more than 11 years, he has also been active in bar Consulting for different brands.
